This skirt designed by Celeste is knit in the round, bottom up.  The easy lace border is cleverly placed lower in the front and back and gradually lengthens at each side. The waistband  is a simple eyelet and an Icord threaded through giving the wearer the option to position the skirt at either the waist or hips. Hemp is the ideal yarn for skirts as it will not bag or cling!
